Wow! I was just blown away with your workshop and you! I was expecting to learn some practical tips on presenting and communicating more effectively. Not only did the program accomplish that goal, AND even more importantly, your inventive and mind-expanding exercises 1) truly inspired personal discovery, and 2) delivered a nuts-and-bolts understanding of how to tap further into our true potential. You really are an inspiration, and your program provided one of those light-bulb revelations on how to unlock our inherent ability to communicate more effectively (ie., speak to be heard!).

An Innovative Technology Company

Situation: The founder is actively involved and the company is growing like wildfire. A version of the product, a life-saving piece of equipment, had some bugs in it.

Departments were fighting and placing blame. Clients were unhappy and reflected the mood of everyone else. This piece of equipment was new to the market and quickly became necessary for their clients to run their organizations.

We led three classes in our Pillars of Platinum Relationship client relations process. We could not make the bugs go away, we did make the team stronger.

The organization adopted our Pillars as the foundation of communication within their company. They have grown 300% in the past year and every new hire receives our training on how to communicate in a fast growing culture.

The leadership team has used us for conflict training and each department team has learned our delegation model to end blame and build skills.

We didn't stop at solving a problem we changed the culture.

ABC Private School

Situation: Media frenzy regarding six children at the school caught cheating. Due to the high profile nature of the school, microphones and cameras followed the headmaster and professors around in the parking lot.

Messaging wasn't working. Parents wanted to know WHO did the cheating and WHAT was being done to stop it. Things were deteriorating from bad to worse as the school officials cited the right to student privacy.

Allegory met with the professors. The message changed to the real depth of the situation:

"The thing that keeps me up at night is the fact that six of our students, whom I know to be quite brilliant, didn't have the self-confidence to believe they could get an A without cheating. We are having a parent meeting tonight so that together, we can work toward building the confidence of all our students and improving our community. The decisions we make toward these six students today will decide their future—we are taking measured and well thought out steps in this regard. Please come to our parent meeting tonight."

A Close Political Race

Situation: The candidates are extremely aligned in most of the campaign issues. One candidate has tons of legislative experience and one candidate possesses incredible speaking skills.

A debate was scheduled. The stakes were high—the race could be decided on that podium.

We trained our candidate in finding her own internal spark and debating ability. Our candidate won the debate and the election, she says, from the moment we taught her to walk away from the lectern.
